it took place away from school grounds. the other 14-year-old allegedly filmed it. child abuse which is a misdemeanor. they are due in family court at a later date which has not yet been announced. that brings us here to king spark. twenty students have already been suspended. some students have been suspended simply for receiving it. comes. suspensions are not there. their kids cannot control what is said to them on their phones. remember, all of the students involved are minors. clearly, this episode highlights the prevalence of sexting. the superintendent called this a "serious problem.
